NL XLP is an extra-low pressure brackish water reverse osmosis membrane. This membrane is highly energy efficient due to very low operating pressures, maintaining high water flux and salt rejection.  It is especially suitable for treating water with low salinity. XLP can be used in different point of use applications such as drinking water fountains, water refill stations and pure water production for hospitals and laboratories.  It is also used for producing pure water or boiler feed water, as well as for food processing and pharmaceutical industries.  It can also be used for further desalination of the second pass permeate from a two stage desalination system.

 

With NLCT's premium technology, XLP membrane can be rolled into 8'', 4'' and 2.5'' spiral wound elements to accommodate different customers' needs. Specifications are available upon request.
