TURNKEY PROJECT DELIVERY
From Blueprint to Commissioning: How We Deliver Your Plant
Step One
Membrane development
NLCT's applied research program covers membrane chemistry, process development, and custom membrane design tailored to specific water sources, capacities, and treatment objectives. Dedicated pilot facilities for continuous casting and coating enable rigorous study of manufacturing processes, equipment design, and commercial scale-up — bridging the gap between laboratory innovation and full-scale production.
Step Two
Procedurement, design and engineering
Sourcing membranes, equipment, and components to project specifications. Multifunctional manufacturing equipment is co-developed with leading membrane equipment manufacturers and specified to each installation. Plant layout design and infrastructure requirements are provided.
Step Three
Plant construction, equipment installation and commissioning
NLCT oversees complete on-site construction and production line integration, including all infrastructure. Rigorous system testing, calibration, and performance verification are conducted through two formal stages — Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at the vendor's facility prior to shipment, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) following installation and utility integration at the production site — ensuring full design compliance and operational readiness before commissioning.
Step Four
Star-up, Operation and Support
Successful plant start-up demands more than technology — it demands the people and processes behind it. NLCT's technology transfer is backed by a dedicated technical support team that treats service as equal in importance to the technology itself.
Support does not end at handover. Licensees receive continuous technical assistance through every phase — from initial trial runs and commissioning through to full commercial operation — ensuring that every membrane manufacturing plant we transfer reaches its designed performance, reliably and on schedule.
